Yes, an AgiBot robot can be bought from Europe through three channels. The first is the manufacturer’s official store, which lists prices in dollars and ships from China. The second is the Joybuy platform, which offers the X2 on pre-order in France. The third is a European retailer such as OpenELAB. Separately, the Minth group has been AgiBot’s sales agent for Europe since February 2026. In China, the range has been on sale since August 2025 on the brand’s store and on JD.com. However, no delivery to a private buyer in France has been documented to date. In the available sources, AgiBot’s presence in France is limited to a pre-order.

AgiBot official store price: $25,600 for the X2 Neo
AgiBot’s online store presents the brand’s full catalogue. It includes the A series humanoids (A3 Ultra, A3, A2 Ultra, A2 Lite), the G series (G2, G2 Air, G2 Max) and the X series (X2 Ultra New Version, X2 Neo, X2 REC, X2 EDU), the D1 quadrupeds, the AGILINK hands and grippers and the C series cleaning robots. The home page shows neither prices nor stock status.
The models fall into two groups. The X2 Ultra New Version, X2 Neo, A3, A3 Ultra, A2 Ultra and A2 Lite each have a product page. For the G2, G2 Air, G2 Max, X2 REC and X2 EDU, the store directs buyers to a sales contact. The footer reads “Global · English”, with no list of countries served.
The only public price found on the store is for the X2 Neo, listed at $25,600. The store positions it for “live performances and interaction”. This version includes neither the autonomous navigation hardware nor support for secondary development. Those are reserved for the X2 Ultra New Version, available on quotation and described for guided tours, service and interaction. It adds a 3D LiDAR, an RGB-D camera, an Orin NX board and development support. The X2 Neo product page gives no lead time and no warranty. It advises buyers to confirm installation, training and warranty with the sales team before ordering. Returns fall under the store’s general policy.
The shipping policy states that all orders leave from China, under a “global delivery” arrangement with no list of countries. Most orders are dispatched within 5 business days, with estimated delivery between 5 and 30 business days after ordering, possibly by air. Batteries can trigger several inspections in transit. The store states that “Delivery times are not guaranteed”. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties may be charged on arrival, and “All tariff costs are the responsibility of the buyer”. The page says nothing about VAT or about lead times specific to pre-orders.
AgiBot X2 specifications from the manufacturer
The manufacturer publishes two sets of specifications. The store describes the X2 Neo. The agibot.com website presents two versions, X2 and X2 Ultra, with no price and no direct purchase, using partnership and purchase-enquiry forms instead. The site notes that the final commercial version may differ from the published images and specifications.

Joybuy: AgiBot X2 pre-order price in France
On 22 April 2026, Journal du Robot reported that the AgiBot X2 was available for pre-order on JoyBuy, a JD.com platform, “deliverable in France” and offered “from €17,889“. The same day, the avcesar website gave two prices: €17,889 for the base version and €36,889 for the Ultra version. It described them as promotional prices for an order with home delivery. It described the Ultra version as having additional joints and sensors and better spatial positioning. It gave the base version as 1.31 m tall, weighing 35 kg, with about 2 hours of runtime.
Both amounts are promotional pre-order prices. The buyer reserves a product that is not yet ready to ship. In return, they get a reduced, time-limited price compared with a higher reference price. This price therefore does not reflect the robot’s regular price, and it can change from one period to the next.
The change recorded in May illustrates this. An offer posted on 21 May 2026 on the German deals site mydealz listed the X2 on Joybuy at €18,999 instead of €25,999. Another listing showed €17,885. These figures come from search results whose pages could not be opened, so they still need to be checked. Our newsroom did not consult the Joybuy product page itself.
OpenELAB price: €31,498.95 with the EU legal warranty
The retailer OpenELAB offers the X2 in its 25-degree-of-freedom version, at a price of €31,498.95 recorded on 22 October 2026. The price carries the label “incl. VAT”, but the page also displays the label “excl. VAT”. The specifications listed on the product page are 1.31 m, 35 kg, a 500 Wh battery and about 2 hours of runtime.
The retailer’s collection page, which our newsroom did not re-check, reportedly shows sale prices of €29,999 for the X2 and €49,999 for the X2 Ultra. These amounts do not appear on the product page consulted and still need to be checked.
According to OpenELAB, the robot ships from China within 5 to 10 business days. Customers choose between direct shipping from China and import by OpenELAB, which then handles customs formalities and VAT. The warranty policy in force as of 17 July 2026 sets out three cases:
- consumers in the European Union are covered by the minimum 2-year legal warranty, which is separate from the commercial warranty;
- business buyers (B2B) get 12 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing;
- customers outside the EU are entitled to a 12-month limited warranty.
Minth, AgiBot’s sales agent for Europe
On 24 February 2026, in Munich, AgiBot launched its full range for Germany and Europe. The manufacturer presented automotive supplier Minth Group as its “strategic partner and sales agent for the European market”. The press release lists four series, all described as “deployment-ready”:
- A2, full-size humanoids;
- X2, compact humanoids;
- G2, force-controlled dual-arm industrial robots;
- D1, quadrupeds.
According to AgiBot, Minth has been established in Europe for about fifteen years. The group has 27,367 employees and 78 plants and offices. It claims more than 40% market share in aluminium trim and battery tray structures in the region. It has teams in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Poland and Serbia. Its plants are to serve as training grounds and data collection sites for the robots.
Yicai Global, on 25 February 2026, placed Minth’s headquarters in Taipei and named William Shi as AgiBot’s general manager for Europe and the Americas. Neither the press release nor the article mentions prices, delivery dates or ordering terms.
Buying the AgiBot G2 in Europe: sales contact and financing
On the official store, the G2 is available through a sales contact. In Germany, the retailer Unchained Robotics offers it “from €1,000 per month” through lease-to-own or instalment payments, on request, without displaying a purchase price. Its product page describes a robot 175 cm tall and weighing 185 kg, with 7-degree-of-freedom arms, a 3-degree-of-freedom waist and about 4 hours of runtime per battery.
AgiBot prices in China: 98,000 yuan for the X2 Youth
AgiBot announced that its entire range was going on sale on 18 August 2025. According to Jiemian, the brand’s store (智元商城) then listed three prices:
- the Lingxi X2 Youth at 98,000 yuan;
- the Yuanzheng A2 Youth at 168,000 yuan;
- the Jingling G1 at 450,000 yuan, the highest price in the range.
The A2 Flagship, X2 Exploration and X2 Flagship versions showed no price and directed buyers to a sales contact.
The Paper, on the same day, reported that the launch took place both on AgiBot’s store and on JD.com (京东商城), as a pre-order. The paper confirmed the 98,000 yuan price for the X2 Youth. For the A2 Youth, it specified that the 168,000 yuan figure was a time-limited promotion on a list price of 198,000 yuan.
Other price ranges are circulating for the A2. On 9 December 2025, 36Kr quoted Wang Chuang, AgiBot’s senior vice president. According to him, the first Yuanzheng A2 sold “at the million-yuan level”, and current models have come down to just over 500,000 yuan, a drop of about 50% according to the article.
Earlier, on 22 May, Jiemian had covered the opening of X2 reservations on AgiBot’s website, in three versions (Interactive, Exploration, Flagship). The article gave an overall range of 100,000 yuan to 400,000 yuan, with no price per version. It described a “B to B to C” sales model: AgiBot supplies the robots, and partners handle consumer-facing uses.
What we do not know yet
AgiBot has not published any official European price for the X2, either excluding or including VAT, for any version. The official store’s shipping policy says nothing about the VAT due on import into France.
For the Joybuy pre-order, neither Journal du Robot nor avcesar states the VAT, delivery date, shipping costs or warranty. Nothing establishes that an X2 has actually been delivered to a private buyer in France.
At OpenELAB, the exact basis of the price (incl. VAT or excl. VAT) remains unclear, and the X2’s stock status is not displayed. Minth’s prices have not been made public. No after-sales service arrangement in France has been described, whatever the channel.
Prices for the A2, A3 and G2 outside China are not known, nor are current X2 prices on JD.com. The X2’s number of degrees of freedom varies between sources: 25 or 30 according to the official pages, 28 according to IT-Home, which also gives a weight of 33.8 kg. It is not specified whether these are separate versions or a change in the product.
