Unitree Robotics is a Chinese maker of humanoid and quadruped robots. According to press reports and TrendForce, cited in our article on the R1, which can be ordered online from 4,900 dollars, the company shipped more than 5,500 humanoids in 2025. Its official spec sheets list prices in dollars, starting at $1,600 for a robot dog and $4,900 for a humanoid.
This page presents the Unitree models covered in this guide: the Go2 quadruped and the R1, G1 and H1 humanoids. The specifications come from the manufacturer’s official spec sheets, consulted on 20 October 2026. Each model has its own detailed page, and two pages cover prices and buying: the Unitree G1 price and buying a Unitree in France.

Unitree R1 price and specs: the cheapest humanoid in the range
The R1 stands 1.23 m tall. It weighs about 27 kg in its AIR version and about 29 kg in the R1 and EDU versions. It has 20 degrees of freedom in the AIR version, 26 in the R1 version and 26 to 40 in the EDU version, with a battery life of about one hour. The R1 AIR is listed at $4,900 and the R1 at $5,900. The EDU price is available on request.
Our article on the R1’s 27 kilos and one hour of battery life details the differences between the three versions. The Unitree R1 page covers the full spec sheet.
Unitree G1 specs and price: the humanoid we cover most
The G1 stands 1.32 m tall and weighs about 35 kg. It has 23 degrees of freedom in the standard version and 23 to 43 in the EDU version. It carries a depth camera and a 3D LiDAR, and the official spec sheet claims about two hours of battery life. A Futura article on a modified G1, however, reports one hour of battery life: the discrepancy is flagged on the model page. The standard version is listed at $13,500. The EDU is available on request. As for secondary development (SDK), the spec sheet does not mention it for the standard version and confirms it for the EDU.
Three pages complement the spec sheet: Unitree G1, the G1 price and G1 tests and reviews. Our articles also cover a modified G1’s ascent of Chimborazo and the adaptation of a G1 for rescue missions in Béziers.
Unitree H1 specs and price: the full-size humanoid
The H1 stands about 180 cm tall and weighs about 47 kg. The official spec sheet highlights a speed of 3.3 m/s, presented as a world record, and a quick-swap 15 Ah (0.864 kWh) battery. The H1-2 variant is listed at about 178 cm and about 70 kg, with 27 degrees of freedom. The spec sheet shows no price. eWeek notes that Unitree’s online store listed the H1 at $90,000 while inviting buyers to contact the company for the actual price, and advises treating that figure as a reference rather than a firm price. See the Unitree H1 page.
Unitree Go2 robot dog: specs and price
The Go2 is a quadruped, not a humanoid. It weighs about 15 kg, measures 70 × 31 × 40 cm standing and comes in four configurations: AIR at $1,600, PRO at $2,800, X at $4,500 and EDU on request. Its claimed speed ranges from 0 to 2.5 m/s for the AIR up to 0 to 3.7 m/s for the X and EDU. In Germany, a June 2026 price check reported in our article on buying in Germany found the Go2 Pro at €2,599, in an offer limited to three units per customer. See the Unitree Go2 page.
How much does a Unitree robot cost?
The official prices are listed in dollars, excl. taxes and shipping, so they do not tell you what you will pay once the robot is delivered in Europe. For the G1, our price check in Germany on 2 September 2026 found prices from €17,884 to €27,370 depending on the retailer. Futura, for its part, cites a price for the robot alone that is “generally below 16,000 euros” in its article on the G1 adapted in Béziers. These figures do not match: they describe different offers, dates and configurations, and they do not make it possible to establish a French price. The Unitree G1 price page sets out what is known.
Buying a Unitree robot in France
No French price and no availability in France could be verified so far. The observed prices come from Germany, and we do not recommend any retailer. The Buying a Unitree in France page sums up what is known, what to check before ordering and what remains unknown.
Who are Unitree robots for?
The official spec sheets describe technical platforms: the standard G1 does not mention an SDK, while the EDU version includes one, and the EDU versions of the other models are offered on request. The articles on our site show uses in demonstrations, expeditions and adaptations by integrators, not a ready-to-use product for the home. Before buying, you should therefore look at the version, the SDK and the warranty rather than the entry price alone.
What we do not know yet
The price and availability in France, local after-sales service, the prices of the EDU versions, the current price of the H1, the content of the SDK for the standard G1 and independently measured performance are not published in the sources we used.
