Who are we?

Our website address is https://robotique-store.com. The data controller is PubMaster (SASU, RCS Bordeaux 104 547 336), the publisher of the site. You can reach us through the contact page.

Data we collect

Contact form. When you write to us, we receive the information you enter (name, email address, message). It is used only to reply to you, and is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

Technical data. Like any website, the server records in its logs the IP address, the date, the page requested and the browser used, for security and proper operation.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address, the date of your subscription and the page you subscribed from. This data is used only to send you the Robotique Store newsletter; the legal basis is your consent (tick box), confirmed by an email containing a validation link. It is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time using the link in every email or from the contact page.

The site offers neither comments nor visitor accounts.

Cookies

The site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No audience-measurement, advertising or affiliate cookie is set without your prior consent. If that changes, you will be informed and this page will be updated. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It is hosted by OVH (Roubaix, France). None of your requests is forwarded to a retailer or distributor.

The site is delivered through the content delivery network of Cloudflare, which technically processes IP addresses and request data in order to deliver pages and protect the site. This may involve processing outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards required by Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.

Newsletter subscribers’ email addresses are processed by our sending provider, Brevo, which acts as a processor.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us from the contact page.
